Learn how to make Delicious वेज मोमोज - Fried Veg Momos Recipe in Hindi with our chef Deepu.<br /><br />Fried Momos is a delicious fried veg dumpling, which can be eaten as a snack with its chutney.<br /><br />Ingredients for Dough:<br />(Serves 2)<br />- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour <br />- Salt<br />- 3 tbsp Oil<br />- Vinegar <br />- Water <br /><br />Ingredients for Filling:<br />- Oil<br />- 1/4 Carrot(chopped)<br />- 1/4 cup French Beans(chopped)<br />- 1/4 cup Cabbage(chopped) <br />- 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste<br />- Red Chilli Powder<br />- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder<br />- Salt <br />- Water<br />- 1/2 cup Paneer<br /><br />Ingredients for Momos:<br />- Oil(for frying)<br /><br /> <br />Method:<br />1. Take all-purpose flour in a large bowl and add salt, oil, vinegar, water <br />2. Mix it and make a dough. <br />3. Knead it more, and it becomes more smooth<br />4. Keep it in a bowl and let it rest for around 30 minutes<br />5. Now, heat a pan and add oil in it<br />6. Once the oil is heated, add chopped carrots, chopped french beans, chopped cabbage, ginger-garlic paste, red-chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, water, paneer and mix it <br />7. Turn off the gas after the mixture is cooked and keep the pan aside<br />8. Now, take the dough, split it into two pieces and start rolling one of the piece <br />9. Cut the dough into round shapes and keep it aside<br />10. Do the same with the remaining dough and start adding the filling into round shape dough pieces <br />11. Pack the dough with the filling, properly and start frying it over a medium flame <br />12. Once fried, take it out on a plate and serve it momos chutney
